How to reach Chandigarh ?
You can take bus from isbt , there is a good network of buses for Chandigarh or you can prefer your own car it is one of the best  thrilling experience of all time. It is nestled amidst greenery on delhi-chandigarh highway surrounded with spectacular views &  it is about 260 km from delhi .

BEST TIME : you can visit this place throughout the year but I recommend you  to visit Chandigarh in moonson or in winter season while in summer this place is quite hot.

1.       ROSE GARDEN:  it is the largest garden of its kind in asia, located at Chandigarh sector -16, it has exquisite variety of flower making it popular among tourist. This garden has 825 varieties of flower & 32000 varieties of tree. Actual name of this garden on behalf of Indian former president ZAKIR HUSSAIN rose garden. This garden exhibit some of the rarest and exquisite variety of rose.  At the end of feb  & beginning of march the committee of garden organized rose festival .


2.       ROCK GARDEN:  This is one of the best example of art & innovation.  This garden is designed by using urban and industrial waste. It is known as neck chand rock garden. This garden divide into 3 different phases.


a.       First phase: it is decorated by tiles ,mirror, tubelights  & toilet fixtures , statues of various animal and birds are made up of waste.
b.      Second phase: it has huge waterfall which pull maximum crowd & centre of attraction of this garden.
c.       Third phase : it has statues of elephant & camel made up of different waste material.


3.       SUKHNA LAKE:  It is the best place for photography, beautiful lake & picturesque surrounding attract a lot of tourist & nature lover.  Here you can do few sports activities like boating & trampoline jumping. This is the home of several species migrate like Siberian ducks & cranes, perfect place for solitude seekers.


4.       ELANTE MALL: This is the best mall of Chandigarh where you can check out every brand,  amazing food outlets , pvr cinemas multiplex to enjoy movie, people of all background can buy all types of clothes. Children can enjoy  games at the top floor.
